Well, it looks like the wait is almost over. The presumable fan-favorite from Jay-Z and Kanye West’s collaborative Watch The Throne album, “N****s In Pars,” will finally be awarded the video treatment, as it is rumored that the visuals will be revealed by the week’s end. A source at Vevo recently let loose the news, and now individuals close to the action are speculating a drop on Thursday. While that has yet to be confirmed, stay tuned here for additional info.

The star of this joint effort is the 2013 Burton Ion boot. Both the snowboard and binding feature Pirelli’s distinctive gold and black accents, which were inspired by the daredevil and glamorous world of 1970s motorsports.

The Brazilian supermodel was in the stands as she watched Tom’s New England’s Patriots take on the New York Giants at the NFL showpiece game in Indianapolis, Indiana, and after they were defeated she ran down to give him a hug.

Tom looked very appreciative of his stunning wife’s support but he later admitted nothing would be able to console him following the loss.

He said: “It always comes down to one or two plays in this game and if you make it, you’re celebrating. If you don’t, then you don’t sleep for a week. I give [the Giants] a lot of credit for the plays they made. They deserved to win and hopefully we’ll be back at some point.”

Mendes, 37, brought her Belgian Malinois, Hugo, along for her cover interview at L.A.’s Griffith Park, and the “rather intimidating” dog instantly obeyed Mendes’s orders for him to coucher, or lie down.

Wearing a beeper-controlled behavior-modification collar, Hugo trails Mendes most places. She told PEOPLE last year that security was her primary concern: “He’s an attack dog,” she said, “a guard dog,” but also added that “he’s really sweet.”

Such a fearsome pooch requires a little extra attention when it comes to his caretakers. Enter Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan, whom Hugo counts as a dogsitter.

Hugo has other famous friends, too. He’s grown close to Mendes’s boyfriend Ryan Gosling, while Mendes has brought Gosling’s dog, George, under her wing.

As for Mendes, she prefers to stay tight-lipped about The Place Beyond the Pines castmate Gosling, saying only that, “He’s your dream costar. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film.”

The intellectual Warner proved that he could be dramatic and be a comedian like one his idols and mentors, Bill Cosby.  “Bill Cosby’s whole career was based on going against the stereotypes by managing to be funny without having his material being predicated about being Black.  In an industry that is notorious for stereotyping, it is a huge challenge and a huge feat to be able to make consistent choices in your work that appeal to more of a universal aesthetic. “

Not only has the artistic Warner directed, produced, played an instrument, and acted and also has tried his hand at poetry.  He is also a performance poet, and has performed at the National Black Theatre Festival since 2003, in addition to hosting its Poetry Jam.

And now he has a new project where he plans to again dazzle the hearts of America, Reed Between the Lines.  The new sitcom, Reed Between the Lines, co-starring Tracey Ellis-Ross is a show showing the relationship of an English teacher and a psychiatrist and the struggles a relationship and raising children can create.  “I feel strong enough and proud enough to say that this show will make everybody proud.”

The iconic Warner is in a league of his own.  He is definitely an ICON and is definitely one to follow for years to come!  “I have maintained my longevity by focusing on longevity.  While I was on a successful show, I never equated my success with that.  When I am 50 or 60 years old and I am still working consistently as an actor, and as a director, and as a musician, then I can look back on my career and say that I have been successful.  Just because you have a hot song or show out that doesn’t constitute longevity.  What you do today affects how you will live your life tomorrow.  I wish to live my life with integrity… I have lived my life in a way where I care about myself and surrounding myself with positive people that have a realistic outlook on life.”

Born in Washington, DC, the driven Alonso always had dreams and wishes of being an actor; however, his family had a different path for him.  “Acting was something I always wanted to do my entire life, but my family wasn’t informed on how to get me into it [acting]…and we were a very traditional family and they wanted me to get a degree.”  The determined Alonso devised a plan.  He would attend the historically Black college, Howard University, and earn a diploma in Marketing.  He graduated from Howard University as planned and checked number one off of his list.  Next, he would pursue a career on Wall Street and begin making millions.  Laz did make it to Wall Street, but the millions did not come; thus, he checked ½ of this task from his list.  “That was definitely not the reality.  You do not make millions your first 2 years on Wall Street.  You barely are trying to survive.  It is a lot more glamorous than what it is!  After working 90 hour work weeks, I had to realize that the acting wasn’t going to come to me I had to go to it.”  The final item on the ambitious Laz’s checklist was to somehow crossover from the Wall Street world to the acting arena.   After being miserable on Wall Street, he began working for free on nights and weekends.  “When I was enjoying what I was doing for free more than what I was getting paid for, that was when I knew it was time to make it change.  Plan your work and work your plan.”  The strong-minded Laz was able to finally check his third item off of his checklist by successfully making the transition from Wall Street to acting.

Once the unconquerable Laz Alonso made the switch to acting, he began studying his craft to improve his demeanor on stage and on film.  “I treat acting like people treat sports; they watch tapes of their games and previous games.  I will study my work and the work I have done in the past.  I also study the director’s work, both past and present.”  Laz’s fortitude has landed him several breakthrough roles; such as: Stomp the Yard, This Christmas, Fast & Furious, Miracle at St. Anna, and of course, the critically acclaimed, Avatar.  Although the brilliant Alonso plays all of the roles effortlessly, there is tremendous work that goes into each role and project.  For example, for Stomp the Yard, Laz hired a dance (step) coach to teach him how to dance so he could nail the audition.  He had to be convincing on camera to make the audience believe that he was in a fraternity and that he could step which he was able to accomplish with ease.  Avatar helped him grow as an actor helping raising his own personal bar as an actor.  “Every single actor and person on the set was important to the Director…When a person pays that much attention to detail the results show in their work…” 

The gifted Alonso stunned the world with his latest blockbuster, Jumping the Broom.  Jumping the Broom starring  Laz Alonso alongside the beautiful Paula Patton, proved to be a romantic comedy that stole the hearts of America.  Paula Patton like Laz Alonso also pays a lot of attention to detail and as such, they were the perfect combination to make the film a success.  “I never thought I would be doing a romantic comedy.  If you would have asked me a year before what type of movies I would be doing, I would have probably named everything but a romantic comedy.”  To prepare for this different role, Laz had to do tremendous research to make his role realistic.  He purchased a library of over 50 romantic comedies and he had the movies constantly playing in trailer to remind him of the genre and the act of conveying falling in love on camera.  “One thing that I learned studying that genre that made it beautiful is that there is no color.  People fall in love and you don’t have to be a particular color to get married.  People have crazy family members…People get married of all races, colors and creeds…” 

While the strikingly handsome Laz Alonso is not single, he shared dating tips for Bleu readers.  “Be open.  Don’t be closed off to love or a relationship.  Just be present.  Love can strike at any moment.  The woman I fell in love with, I wasn’t expecting to fall in love.  I wasn’t looking for love.  I was just open to the possibility that if it did happen, I would be there and give it 100%.”  With social media, the blogs, and the tabloids being a major part in Hollywood, Laz focuses on the positive energy and strays away from the negative people (haters) that are always criticizing or discrediting the affirmative things that he has done.  The creative Alonso’s personal sense of style is ever evolving as he tries to stay fashionable.  When it comes to suits, his favorite designers are Zegna, Dolce and Gabbanna, and Hugo Boss.  They outline a man’s physique very well.  As far as other things, he remains open to style.  His favorite store is Atrium in New York.  “I prefer to buy things that I don’t see too many people rockin’, just different stuff.  I have my own style where it’s laid back, pseudo military, kinda chill, rugged chill….upscale rugged!  And I have to have a set of combat boots in my closet.  When I’m relaxing, I love rocking combat boots.  When I rock a suit or some jeans, I love rockin shoe boots.  And of course, my favorite scent is Creed because it is such a clean scent.” 

Laz Alonso has proved to be extremely motivated and hard-working.  “Three things that I can’t live without are deodorant, toothbrush, and my iPad.  I am big on hygiene and I can’t go anywhere without my iPad!   Steven Spielberg, Tony Scott, Ridley Scott are three directors I would like to work with in the near future.”  While the inspiring Alonso has a lot of projects he is working on, he still remains true to himself.  He currently is working on many projects; however, he is trying his hand at screenwriting by constructing a drama that takes place in Haiti based on real events with a great social message.  In a short time, Laz Alonso has accomplished a lot and with a bright future ahead of him!  He says he has followed a list of guidelines to help make it this far and they will be the stepping stones as he continues to progress in the acting and screenwriting realms.  “Be truthful to yourself.  Don’t compromise.  Don’t sell yourself out for the money.  Draw a line of where your integrity lies.  Don’t take no for an answer.  A lot of times the answer isn’t no, it just isn’t right now.
